Site & Utility Division

 We are able to serve all of your site and utility needs from land clearing and mulching, small to large tracts, road building, installation of underground utilities, water, sewer, and storm drains. We are capable of underground bores both directional and auger bores and the installation of underground retention basins. We can also assist in consulting, managing and inspections of utility projects. Michael Sproston who is heading up this division has over 32 years in the utility business. He has supervised over hundreds of projects, ranging in size from as small as the single sewer lateral running from your house to the corner Walgreens store and as large as the utility work that was done at the 1-95 W interchange. He has done several projects in and around the City of Richmond and in the heart of Washington D.C.. Has installed miles of pipe in the surrounding military installations as well.
